Conditions for Return:

Products can be replaced or returned only if they are damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend making a video while opening the parcel to serve as proof in case of a damaged product.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once our customer service team has checked and validate the defect or damage. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

The video must be sent on our Email ID contact@newgenkart.com within 1 days of delivery for our Quality Assurance team to assess eligibility for return.

Return Process:

Our Quality Assurance team will review the details provided in the video to determine the eligibility of the return.

Upon approval, we will initiate the replacement or refund process as soon as possible.

If a video is not provided while opening the parcel, regrettably, we won’t be able to assist you.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
