Cancellation & Return Policy for Newgenkart

Return Policy:

At Newgenkart, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. We understand that receiving a damaged or incorrect product can be disappointing, and we are here to assist you.

Conditions for Return:
  • Products can be replaced or returned only if they are damaged or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend making a video while opening the parcel to serve as proof in case of a damaged product.
  • The video must be sent on our Email ID i.e., orders@newgenkart.com within 1 days of delivery for our Quality Assurance team to assess eligibility for return.
Return Process:
  • Our Quality Assurance team will review the details provided in the video to determine the eligibility of the return.
  • Upon approval, we will initiate the replacement or refund process as soon as possible.
  • If a video is not provided while opening the parcel, regrettably, we won’t be able to assist you.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment mode within 5-7 working days.

Note:

  • The returned product must be free of scratches or damage.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
